Skal Hobart invites you to join us at one of Hobart’s newest  and most innovative dining experiences, The Lounge by Frogmore Creek.  Located on the Hobart waterfront with unsurpassed views of the city and kunyani, The Lounge Restaurant is an elegant space with an a la carte menu designed by John Churchill.

MENU

3 canapes

Tasmanian Scallop ceviche with celeriac threads, yuzu pearls and bottarga

Carrot Falafel with spicy eggplant relish, pumpkin toffee

Wallaby tartare cone with egg yolk gel herb emulsion, crispy capers and salt bush

Set entrée

Tea Smoked duck breast with chestnut gel, crispy buckwheat, parsnip purée, pickled pear and foie gras dust (gf)

Alternate main

18hr mole braised Brisket with white bean hummus, Manchego crisp, pickle Spanish onion, avocado gel and chickpea crumble (gf)

42°c Salmon with smoked buffalo yoghurt, macadamia crumble, burnt cos hearts, warm tomato and basil dressing (gf)

 

Refresher

Lime and vanilla jelly nitrogen citrus mandarin sorbet

Set dessert (the peach)

White peach panna cotta with raspberry, vanilla yoghurt and citrus crumble

Beverages will include Frogmore wines, tap beer, soft drink for 2 hours
