April luncheon Wednesday 17th April 2019 @ Ball & Chain

Join us at the Ball and Chain Grill, a Hobart institution specialising in steaks, local seafood and game dishes all cooked on an authentic charcoal grill.  A favourite gathering place for Skalleagues and industry colleagues alike, to enjoy comradery and  great food, all in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

 

MENU

3 x canapés on arrival:

Slow cooked beef brisket with smoky BBQ sauce

Cajun spiced eye fillet with horseradish cream

Cucumber topped with marinated ceviche

Main course – a choice of:

300g Porterhouse topped with garlic & herb butter and served with roast potatoes and steamed vegetable bundle

Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon chargrilled and served with roast potatoes and broccolini

Hearty lamb shank, slow cooked and served with creamy potato mash and steamed vegetable bundle

*Porterhouse and salmon will be cooked med/rare unless requested otherwise

To finish:

Cheese board to share

 

Tap beers and wines will be served for 2 hours from 12.30pm – 2.30pm
