August Luncheon @ Drysdale Restaurant

Skal Hobart is proudly partnering with the TICT for our August luncheon at
Drysdale Restaurant.

The luncheon will be prepared and served by students of Certificate III Commercial Cookery and Certificate II & III of Hospitality.  All wines will be supplied by Tim Goddard of Cool Wines, and the beverages have been generously sponsored by the TICT.

Special guest speakers will include Leader of the Opposition Bec White, TICT CEO Luke Martin, and the inaugural Skal Hobart/TICT Future Leaders Scholarship recipient, Hannah Martin.

Cost per person is $50.00 including all beverages – this is a luncheon not to be missed!

Duo of pepper-berry smoked salmon salad and pork belly Asian style

ALTERNATE MAIN

Baked market fish on spiced carrot puree with black rice arancini

Beef eye-fillet with creamed potatoes, Huon mushrooms & roasted garlic butter

An assortment of Tasmanian cheeses for the table
